Biography
Dr. Hadiqa Maqsood is a Fulbright and Commonwealth Scholar with extensive experience in water resource management, sustainable agriculture, and computational environmental modeling, currently serving as Faculty Director of Habib University’s Dean’s Fellowship Program and Assistant Professor of Integrated Sciences and Mathematics. Her interdisciplinary career spans academia, research, and international development projects funded by the USDA, USAID, World Bank, and UN-HABITAT across the US, UK, Germany, and Pakistan.
Before Habib, she was Assistant Professor at USPCAS-W, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (2016–2017), and earlier Senior Research Associate/Visiting Faculty at NED University (2013–2016) and a Project Research Specialist at the University of Brighton (2014–2015). Alongside academia, she founded The Blue Cube (2021–present), a science-communication and education-coaching platform supporting students worldwide with study-abroad planning and AI-based learning tools.
