Graduates must complete the online registration form that will soon be available on the University's convocation webpage. Instructions for registration will be provided via email to eligible graduates.

What is the dress code for Convocation 2025?

The dress code for graduating students is formal to semi-formal attire. For guests, the dress code is business casual.

What does Habib University's Convocation gown look like?

The Habib University convocation gown, or the Habib regalia, is a white colored gown with dull gold on purple trimmings. The pattern on the trimmings is the word Habib in Urdu, abstracted to a flower with four petals. A standard white graduation cap is also part of the Habib convocation regalia.

Can I bring guests to the Convocation ceremony?

Yes, graduates are welcome to bring a limited number of guests. Further details will be provided upon registration.

What do I need to bring to the Convocation ceremony?

Graduates must bring their University ID card for verification purposes.
