For the Class of 2024, Convocation marks the beginning of a journey of countless opportunities. As Habib students, they have been taught by leading scholars and put through a robust curriculum preparing them to take on diverse roles as skilled and empathetic future leaders who can address the complex issues affecting our world.
Convocation 2024 is scheduled to be held on June 1, 2024.
Pearl Continental Hotel (The Marquee) will be the venue for the Convocation 2024.
Graduates must complete the online registration form that will soon be available on the University's convocation webpage. Instructions for registration will be provided via email to eligible graduates.
The dress code for graduating students is formal to semi-formal attire. For guests, the dress code is business casual.
The Habib University convocation gown, or the Habib regalia, is a white colored gown with dull gold on purple trimmings. The pattern on the trimmings is the word Habib in Urdu, abstracted to a flower with four petals. A standard white graduation cap is also part of the Habib convocation regalia.
Yes, graduates are welcome to bring a limited number of guests. Further details will be provided upon registration.
Graduates must bring their University ID card for verification purposes.
This year, our 7th Convocation coincides with the 10th anniversary of Habib University’s inception. The Class of 2024 will join a growing community of graduates who have benefitted from Habib University’s unique intellectual experience based on the Liberal Arts and are now making their mark globally as budding entrepreneurs, successful professionals, and emerging scholars. As is tradition it will also provide us with the opportunity to celebrate our students’ academic achievements and recognize the commitment and teaching excellence of our faculty.
