Assistant Manager/Lead, Recruitment Operations (Campus Employment)

Assistant Manager/Lead Recruitment Operations (Campus Employment) will lead and manage the end to end process of Student Employment Program. The incumbent will be responsible to manage the entire student employment process through established protocols, and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (students/faculty/staff) and monitor the student employment process.

The incumbent, alongside Head of Career Services, will be required to work with IT team to ensure development, testing and deployment of a comprehensive ‘Student Employment Portal’ that features all procedural processes/forms for all stakeholders. He/She will also be required to monitor each phase of the student Employment Program dedicatedly to ensure all established protocols/checkpoints are followed and documented. The position will also require the incumbent to collate and analyze findings/data from received feedback and create a mechanism to share it with relevant teams at HU.

The Office of Undergraduate Education and Accreditation aims to develop and lead a comprehensive institutional assessment program to support the university’s mission and strategic initiatives. Working within the Office of Undergraduate Education & Accreditation, this position supports this goal, and hence the broader educational effectiveness agenda of the University, as it engages with key university curriculum and accreditation activities.

The Senior Officer, Undergraduate Education will support the implementation of all curriculum review and accreditation activities undertaken by the Office of Undergraduate Education and Accreditation Reporting to the Senior Manager, QEC & Accreditation, will be working collaboratively with different offices on various curriculum review and accreditation matters.

The incumbent will be responsible to lead the Office of Alumni Relations and Engagement at Habib University. As a key leader of the Office, the person will be responsible to manage the entire portfolio of the Office. The person will play key role in developing, implementing and assessing the programs for engaging Alumni and developing their cohesive community in collaboration with the Head of Career Services and Senior Director Student Success. Manager, Digital Fundraising

Manager Digital Fundraising will be responsible for the growth of online fundraising and engagement programs by executing effective strategies and techniques primarily through the Habib University donor web app and simultaneously via email, website, and other digital channels to onboard members. Control Room Officer (CRO) Male

The Control Room Officer (CRO) will be mainly positioned for CCTV, fire alarm control panel (FACP) and Security / Safety monitoring & technical troubleshooting & surveillance equipment installation / wiring work in to shift duties (Morning, Evening & Nights) 08 hours to 12 hours. Assistant Director – Institutional Development

The Assistant Director will be responsible for crafting customized and audience focused grants/ fundraising proposals. This role requires the individual to understand the mission, purpose, value of Habib University and have deep knowledge of the institution’s intellectual experience, financial model and the nature of philanthropic giving globally. The individual will work closely with office of resource development and office of marketing and communications to imagine, create and produce a variety of material (written and visual) to inspire donors to make gifts towards Habib University. This includes development writing for areas such as annual giving and endowed gifts, utilizing journalism-like features and storytelling. The individual also helps manage projects from conception to completion by interacting frequently with communications colleagues, internal partners, external constituents, faculty, students, and donors. This position will work closely with the President to effectively translate the vision of the institution into an inspirational fundraising pitch. The position is housed in office of the President.

The Assistant Director of Academic Performance is responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives that will encourage student success, especially during students' first two years. The assistant director will coordinate academic advising and lead faculty advisor trainings, assist with the planning and implementation of Orientation programming, support first-year programming in close collaboration with faculty, and coordinate services with the EHSAS Center and other on-campus resources providing advising and other academic assistance to students.
