Manager Career Research and Internship Program

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing the Career Research and Internship program of Office of Career Services in collaboration with the team of Office of Career Services as well as various academic departments.

S/he will be responsible to coordinate and communicate with the identified organization, alumni and students to acquire relevant data, its analysis and synthesis needed for enhancing the quality of our programs and market the student success. Senior Manager – Events’ Management

The incumbent in the leading role responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events. He/she is required to work with requesters to determine the ideal venue, theme, layout, etc., and he / she will also be in charge of managing all aspects of the event from start to finish. Manager, Accreditation

The Manager, Accreditation’s primary responsibility is to coordinate and manage all matters related to the NECHE (New England Commission of Higher Education) accreditation process for Habib University. This includes, but is not limited to, staying up to date on NECHE standards, deadlines, fees and reporting requirements; internal monitoring and reporting of compliance with standards; coordinating the submission of required applications, reports, and letters in timely and accurate manner – often prepared in collaboration with various programs and offices; and coordinating site visits.

This position is instrumental in managing the University’s relationship with NECHE – attention to detail, organization, project management, collaboration, and communication skills are key. They will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the prescribed standards, so as to best suggest how these can be effectively integrated in support of the University’s core mission and goals.

Officer-Student Recruitment & Admissions

Officer, Student Recruitment and Admissions will be responsible for assisting with the overall supervision and efficacy of various HUTOPS activities. This includes assisting with the planning and implementing strategies for engaging with local examination board students, parents, counsellors and principals. This will entail supporting with devising a variety of activities, such as representing HU through workshops during admissions season, conducting campus tours, organizing yield events, participating in HUTOPS admissions tests, orientation/information sessions and summer prep session, to name a few. The incumbent will help in devising student engagement plan to enhance student yield along with assisting with HUTOPS activities. Furthermore, the candidate will plan various strategies to engage students through multiple mediums, which will include but not be limited to email, SMS and postal communication.
