Biography
Dr. Hamad Ejaz has been Assistant Professor of Social Development and Policy at Habib University since Fall 2025, teaching Qualitative Research Methods, Pakistan and Modern South Asia, Elementary Mathematics for Social Science, and Design Your Habib Experience.
Before Habib, Dr. Ejaz was Instructor of Record for Introduction to American Politics at Georgia State University (Spring 2021–Fall 2024), teaching hybrid, online, and in-person sections of 100+ students and producing video-based lecture content. He also worked as an Educational Advisor and Application Materials Expert at MRC Consultants, Multan (August 2019–May 2025), helping students craft competitive university applications, and earlier taught O- and A-Level English, Sociology, and Psychology under the Cambridge International Board at Beaconhouse School System (2019–2020) and Bloomfield Hall School (2011–2019).
Dr. Ejaz’s research on democratic responsiveness and political polarization has been published in Electoral Studies and Political Science Research and Methods.
