Application Criteria FOr Regular Undergraduate Admissions
Applicants who have given examination of Intermediate/A Levels/High School Diploma/Baccalaureate Diplomas or any other equivalent qualification(s) by June 2025, and meet the following program-specific requirements as per their educational system are eligible to apply for HU regular undergraduate admissions and take the entrance test.

Admission Schedule
Habib University has two rounds of regular undergraduate admissions for the Fall intake.
Students are encouraged to opt for Round 1 of the admissions cycle because of several advantages. For example, Round 1 applicants receive around 45% discount on their Enrolment Fee (the fee is paid only after admission is offered). They are also eligible for participation in the HU Summer Program (SPLASH) 2025 – a pre-university program designed to help students get ready for university life.

The Admissions team at Habib, the best arts and sciences university in Karachi, is committed to providing a smooth admissions experience. Our seasoned advisors and counsellors provide one-on-one guidance, counselling and support sessions. Habib University’s admissions process is quite simple and comprehensive. It gives you the flexibility to complete your application in phases and submit it whenever you are completely satisfied.

TRANSFER STUDENTS
An undergraduate transfer student is a student who has completed high school and is enrolled in an undergraduate program at a university/college and now wishes to enroll in the best undergraduate degree program at Habib University by transferring the credits earned at their current university.
Habib University takes the admissions decision of transfer students on case-to-case basis after reviewing their application.
