As employers of a significant chunk of Pakistan’s workforce, the House of Habib understands the need for competent and skilled human capital, and the role formal education plays in developing it. The group’s experience has enabled it to critically diagnose the issues faced by young graduates entering the workforce, and to suggest relevant and effective learning models for various levels of education.
This involvement with educational reform made HoH realize the acute need for investment in tertiary education in Pakistan, and so it has committed itself to establishing a quality liberal arts and sciences institution that actively responds to the challenges Pakistan faces in the 21st century.
