Yasmeen Bano serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs at Habib University, where she plays a crucial role in fostering a student-centered experience that supports academic achievement, personal growth, and career readiness. She oversees key student-facing departments, including the Offices of Student Life, Career Services, Academic Advising, Alumni Relations, and Learning Support Services, ensuring a holistic approach to student development. Through her leadership, Yasmeen champions initiatives that enhance student engagement, retention, and overall well-being, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.
With an M.Ed in Teacher Education from AKU-IED and extensive experience in the education sector, Yasmeen is dedicated to enhancing student success. Prior to joining Habib University, she held key positions within the Aga Khan Education Services, Pakistan where she developed and implemented programs that empowered teachers to support student excellence. Her expertise in student engagement, leadership development, and educational equity drives her mission to nurture well-rounded graduates who are prepared for meaningful careers and lifelong learning.
