HR coordinates and schedules interviews between the shortlisted candidates and the appropriate interview panel members. Interviews are held on on-campus or online, with times and dates arranged to be convenient for both the candidates and the panel.

Reference Check

HR checks employment history and references of the final candidate(s) within 3 working days after interviews. If a reference is subjective or unreliable, HR may request additional references.

Job Offer

After reference checks and evaluation of qualifications, experience, interview performance, and skill assessments (if applicable), HR requests salary slips and extends a formal offer within 3 working days. Candidates have 1-3 working days to accept or reject the offer.

Notice Period and Onboarding Timeline

After accepting the offer, the candidate must resign from their current position, typically serving a one-month notice period. The onboarding process will start once the candidate has completed their notice period.
