Officer, Control Room

The Control Room Officer (CRO) will be mainly positioned for CCTV, fire alarm control panel (FACP) and Security / Safety monitoring & technical troubleshooting & surveillance equipment installation / wiring work in to shift duties (Morning, Evening & Nights) 08 hours to 12 hours. This is not a fixed duty shift Job and rotation is mandatory. He will be mainly accountable to look after the activity of the entire campus both internal and external through electronic equipment surveillance and will identify security, safety and suspicious activities observations to (SMSCR) for further decision and action. He will be mainly reporting to Senior Manager Safety & Control.

The Candidates shall be flexible to Work long hours / late when required, Punctual and Responsible must have own Transport to reach at Work in minimum time during Emergency Requirement. Continue reading

Manager – Events

The incumbent in the leading role responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events. He/she is required to work with requesters to determine the ideal venue, theme, layout, etc., and he / she will also be in charge of managing all aspects of the event from start to finish. This may also involves meet and greet guests, board members, donors etc.

He / She must have strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities, and must be able to effectively manage large in-house/out-sourced teams of people who are working on various aspects of the event at once.

Senior Manager, Academic Operations

Senior Manager, Academic Operations will be primarily responsible to strategize and manage all the processes related to recruitment and selection of academic positions, including faculty, academic administrators, Global and Dean’s fellows, visiting scholars, and research assistants. The incumbent will directly coordinate with Deans and Program Directors to ensure efficient management of academic recruitment services. In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible to provide oversight to other key faculty HR processes, including but not limited to on-boarding, contract renewals, annual reviews, promotions and sabbatical. The Career Relations Associate will be responsible to assist the Manager Career Relations and Head of Career Services for connecting, liaising, and building partnerships with a variety of institutions including but not limited to the institutions/organizations/companies related to corporate sector, development sector, technology, engineering fields, media & communication and government sector to ensure high quality internships and job opportunities for HU students and graduates. This position will require the candidate, under the leadership of Manager Career Relations, to make visits for relationship building to diverse organizations on an ongoing basis for jobs, internships, career-related events, and for training and mentoring of students.

Manager, Content Strategy and Publications Development

The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills alongside experience of overseeing the editorial process. Candidates must be comfortable with developing customized messages for different audiences as well as concepts for communication initiatives for a wide variety of audiences such as prospective and existing students, donors, faculty, global academic partners, alumni and employers. The job also entails the creation, repurposing and editing of content for different platforms and events, both physical and online.

The candidate will grow to become responsible for managing all aspects of the editorial workflow from concept, writing, delivering a proof of concept, managing client relationships, working with design, proofreading, and scheduling workflows for multiple publications. In time, the role will expand towards managing a wider variety of content and publications for different audiences and objectives in line with the institution’s strategic objectives.

Security Surveillance Officer (Female)

The Security Surveillance Officer (SSO) will look after internal campus facilities safety and security surveillance functions. The SSO will report to Senior Manager Safety & Control Room. The role requires shift duty from Monday to Saturday i.e., in Morning and Evening Shift from 8am to 4pm and 12pm to 8 pm.
