Campus Safety Officer

The Campus Safety Officer (CSO) will look after internal campus facilities Safety and Security through constant physical surveillance and monitoring rounds. The role requires shifts duties rotation on monthly basis (Morning-Evening & Night) consisting eight hour’s duty from Monday to Sunday with one day off between the weeks or weekends.

Admissions Counselor

The Admissions Counselor will be an integral part of the Office of Admissions and will be representing the university through continuously interacting with students, parents and general inquirers, assisting them in admissions related queries and promoting the university. Admissions counselor is responsible for assisting in conceptualizing and implementing various activities of the admissions office, particularly the screening and facilitation of applications in accordance with university policies and guidelines. Overall, he/she will assist in the student enrollment process and contribute to the University’s mission and objectives by achieving the enrollment target and an exceptional quality of students.

Control Room Officer (CRO)

The Control Room Officer (CRO) will be mainly positioned for CCTV, Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and Safety monitoring in to shift duties. The candidate will be mainly accountable to look after the activity of the entire campus both internal and external through electronic equipment surveillance and will identify security, safety and suspicious activities observations to supervisor for further decision and action.

Assistant Manager, Human Resources

Tennis Coach

The tennis coach will be required to provide training, counseling and coaching to students as well as encourage them to participate in various tennis tournaments. He/she will also train and help students in improving their physical, social and intellectual behavior.

Assistant Manager, Institutional Research

The focus of the Office of Institutional Research (IR) is to assist the University in enhancing student experience. IR continually engages in systematic collection of data to:

  • Provide strategic direction to the university
  • Assist with programmatic and institutional accreditation
  • Stay abreast with benchmarked and competitor schools

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing internal and external data for a variety of projects, providing guidance and strategic insight to university administrators for benchmarking and competitor tracking, identifying key trends related to higher education and student success; analyzing assessment and evaluation data, and providing assistance with self‐assessment reports related to national and international accreditation.

Manager, Student Marketing & Recruitment

Manager, Student Marketing & Recruitment will be responsible for planning and implementing Habib University’s student marketing strategy through development of publications and other communication material. S/he will set up a rigorous process for information collection from internal and external stakeholders to develop content to aid student marketing and recruitment as well as for maintaining and building a database of all stakeholders for effective distribution of publications. Given the diversity of Habib University’s target audience, it is essential that the candidate understands the importance of focused communication, including how to write for a specific audience and selecting the most effective communications medium.

Career Counselor

The counselor will provide specialized individual and group career counseling in an effort to assist students in developing the competencies required to become informed about the career options, and opportunities related to their personal and professional objectives, and to make informed decisions concerning career goals. Apart from selecting, administering, and interpreting career assessments, the counselor will also lead workshops and career events, develop and maintain relationships with faculty, staff and employers and assist with the development of career resources for students.

Assistant Manager, Employer Relations

The incumbent will be a key interface between the career center and employers interested in recruiting student and alumni talent. Senior Officer, Outreach

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in outreach. He/She will help in conceptualizing innovative techniques to interact with stakeholders. Developing strategies to engage and excite students to develop an interest in the University. The incumbent will also be responsible for logistical arrangements that will enable better outreach to said stakeholders. The incumbent will also be required to help execute any events that are conceptualized by the team.

Senior Officer, Events and Marketing

The incumbent will be responsible for planning strategizing, and executing events for prospective students, applicants, counselors, parents and the HU community. General Counsel and University Secretary

The position of General Counsel and University Secretary will report to and advise the President on legal matters relating to Habib University. The responsibilities will include overseeing and identifying legal issues in all departments within Habib University, and their interrelation. The incumbent will also be the administrative liaison point for Habib University with the Board of Governors, arranging and providing notice of meetings as well as other matters.

Assistant Manager, Student Marketing & Recruitment

Assistant Manager, Student Marketing and Recruitment will be responsible for planning and implementing strategy for reaching out to potential Habib University Students and applicants. S/he will be part of designing and executing variety of activities including school visits, organizing expos, attending expos, conducting student workshops and parents’ sessions to facilitate relationship building and promote awareness. The incumbent will be responsible for devising and execution of the communication plan for the applicants. S/he will be required to take care of the logistical handling of the recruitment communication tools.

Writing Tutor

Incumbent is one of multiple writing tutors who work in the Educational Help, Services and Academic Support (EHSAS) Center at Habib University. Incumbent tutors students individually and in small groups across all majors and is familiar with different writing styles and requirements. A writing tutor must demonstrate excellent writing and reading ability and analytic skills, and well as demonstrate training and experience in education principles and their uses, especially to English Language Learners. A writing tutor must be able to respond quickly and efficiently to the writing needs of all students of every skill level.
