The contractual position invites fresh graduates or final year students doing Masters In Library and
Information Science. Intern will learn and apply practical skills required for academic library operations
and techniques. The skills include cataloging and classification of books, preparing books for shelves,
marc data entry, library operations/circulation, shelving, stock taking, library online access catalog and
digital repositories data/meta data management etc. This on the job training will also include short
sessions on essential library skills and requirements for 21st century library skills and knowledge including
social media management, digital curation skills, library programming etc.

Brand Marketing Strategist

This is a key position within MarCom of Habib University. The incumbent will work closely with the Office of Student Success focusing on Office of Academic Performance and Office of Career Services. The key job responsibilities will focus on two aspects of student success i.e.

i. Researching, understanding and crafting the brand of University Experience and designing relevant marketing plans and tools for its students specially first year and sophomores to enhance student retention
ii. Researching, understand and articulating the brand of the University and its graduates for
prospective employers and graduate schools; and developing appropriate marketing plans and tools to ensure student career success.

The candidate is expected to be strategic thinker, detailed oriented and multifaceted. S/he must have intellectual and creative capabilities with analytical, teamwork, communication and market research skills.

Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer, Student Recruitment & Admissions will be responsible for giving aesthetical visual
form to the recruitment and admissions products, both paper based and digital. S/he will work closely
with various members of the team to develop informational collateral pertaining to specific
recruitment and admissions functions and programs. S/he will be tasked with creating brochures,
flyers, posters and letter, to name a few, which will be used for dissemination of information to the
prospective audience along with creating event specific branding for the ongoing events.
Furthermore, s/he will work on the execution of ongoing digital campaign for social media and

Senior Officer – Content Development (Student Recruitment & Admissions)

The incumbent will be responsible for creating written content primarily related to communication
collateral required for Student Recruitment department. The job will entail extensive writing to
promote admissions/curriculum/programs on various platforms. S/he will develop engaging content
for print communication material, video scripting, online newsletter and content development for
Habib University admissions website pages.
S/he will also assist/guide the development of content generally as required by other teams in the
Marketing and Communications department.
Digital Media is an essential platform used by the University to project itself and stay in touch with
internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent will need to understand the University’s philosophy
and have the ability to convey it in a meaningful fashion on a variety of different platforms, curating
the messaging as required.

Deputy Manager – Event Management

The incumbent is responsible to plan and organize donor, business, social and academic events of
various scale and nature on and out of campus. Ensuring the target audience is engaged and the
message of the event is marketed properly.
She will manage the whole process from the planning stage, right through to executing the event and
carrying out the post-event evaluation. The role also involves development of procedures, leading the

Assistant Director Industrial Relations

The incumbent will be responsible for working with the University Industrial Advisory Board (UIAB) by communicating and coordinating with the Boar members, engaging them in all planned activities and developing tools to keep them updated about HU. The person will be responsible for identifying new members in collaboration with university leadership and inducting them in the Board. Communication, coordination and engagement with internal academic and career leadership for all UIAB related matters and activities will also be the part of key responsivities. Besides Working with UIAB, the position will also be responsible for supporting the Office of Career Services in building industry relationships and expending their network of partners for various career related tasks.

Deputy Manager, Student Recruitment and Admissions

Deputy Manager, Student Recruitment and Admissions, will be responsible for planning and
implementing Habib University’s student marketing strategy through development of publications and
other communication material. S/he will set up a rigorous process for information collection from
internal and external stakeholders to develop content to aid Student Recruitment and Admissions team.
Given the diversity of Habib University’s target audience, it is essential that the candidate understands
the importance of focused communication, including how to write for a specific audience and selecting
the most effective communications medium. Moreover, s/he must ensure all communication is
consistent, compelling and timely. The incumbent is expected to work closely with various departments
of the institution to produce student specific products highlighting numerous elements of the University.
The candidate will also assist relevant functions of Student Recruitment and Admissions by helping with
the overall marketing requirements. S/he will work closely with the central Marketing and
Communication team to devise multiple campaigns, digital and paper, that will run parallel with the
student recruitment and admissions strategies. The candidate will also be involved in performing other

Manager, Digital Fundraising

Manager Digital Fundraising will be responsible for the growth of online fundraising and engagement programs by executing effective strategies and techniques primarily through the Habib University donor web app and simultaneously via email, website, and other digital channels to onboard members. Manager Digital Fundraising will support the Resource Development Team in strengthening relationships with its current donor base through meaningful engagements and keeping them connected to the university’s mission via an effective communication strategy.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the efforts to initiate, develop and streamline products (collateral) and strategies.
The successful candidate will be an individual who believes in the mission of Habib University with a proven track record of driving digital sales and understanding of digital fundraising eco system. Control Room Officer (CRO) Male

The Control Room Officer (CRO) will be mainly positioned for CCTV, fire alarm control panel (FACP) and Security / Safety monitoring & technical troubleshooting & surveillance equipment installation / wiring work in to shift duties (Morning, Evening & Nights) 08 hours to 12 hours. He will be mainly accountable to look after the activity of the entire campus both internal and external through electronic equipment surveillance and will identify security, safety and suspicious activities observations to (SMSCR) / (AMCR) for further decision and action. He will be mainly reporting to Senior Manager Safety & Control.
The Candidates shall be flexible to Work long hours / late when required, Punctual and Responsible. Must have own Transport to reach at Work in minimum time during Emergency Requirement.

Assistant Director – Institutional Development

The Assistant Director will be responsible for crafting customized and audience focused grants/ fundraising proposals. This role requires the individual to understand the mission, purpose, value of Habib University and have deep knowledge of the institution’s intellectual experience, financial model and the nature of philanthropic giving globally. The individual will work closely with office of resource development and office of marketing and communications to imagine, create and produce a variety of material (written and visual) to inspire donors to make gifts towards Habib University. This includes development writing for areas such as annual giving and endowed gifts, utilizing journalism-like features and storytelling. The individual also helps manage projects from conception to completion by interacting frequently with communications colleagues, internal partners, external constituents, faculty, students, and donors. This position will work closely with the President to effectively translate the vision of the institution into an inspirational fundraising pitch. The position is housed in office of the President.
