Incumbent will be responsible for handling the digitization of prospective students’ data. The Intern will help in communicating with potential HU students for recruitment while keeping a log of all communications made, especially the comments gathered over the telephonic communication. Furthermore, S/he will be responsible for assisting with all other recruitment activities.

Management Trainee Officer – MTO2

The individual will be responsible for assisting the Career Services team in organizing career-related events such as recruitment drives, info sessions, and the career fair. He/she will work on all Career Services related administrative tasks, will correspond with the corporate and development sector organizations via emails, letters, and calls, and provide assistance and support in graduate school and job placements. This position asks for flexibility with schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends for events as and when needed.

Management Trainee Officer – MTO1

The individual will be responsible for managing Student Employment (student working on campus). He/she will process student employment hiring from beginning to end, which includes accepting faculty and staff requests, collecting and filing student timesheets, and communicating with finance for student employee payments.

Assistant Manager, Web Development

Assistant Manager for Website Development (WordPress/PHP) shall be responsible for managing/updating existing website on day–to-day bases. The incumbent will be working on the programs which will require a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript), Database skills (SQL /MySQL & WordPress database structure) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices). S/he will also be responsible for web security and optimization, browser support, CDN, caching, backend services, and deployment.

The counselor will provide specialized individual and group career counseling to assist students in developing the skills and competencies required for their career interest or field of study. He/she will guide the students and inform them about opportunities related to their career goals, employment, and graduate studies.

Coordinator, Careers & Placements

The individual will be responsible for liaising with corporate and development sector organizations, as well as government bodies for recruitment drives for student internships and employment. He/she will also connect with consultants and institutions to conduct info sessions for graduate school placements. He/she will be responsible for developing and assessing career services programs, will lead on events, and will develop long‐term relationships with key stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible to maintain the donor database, communication with donors, assisting in events and ensuring the department’s donor needs are fulfilled. S/he may also be required to prepare presentations, answer phone calls and prepare content for communications.

Director, Student Life

Director of Student Life will design and implement engaging co-curricular, non-credit programs and activities focused on building leadership capacity and a vibrant, inclusive student body.

The incumbent will be responsible to assist in responding to funding opportunities for its programs within Habib University and in researching, writing grants, and securing funds to support various University education initiatives. The Grant Writer is primarily responsible for developing and writing grant proposals to foundations and other grant-making organizations, and will persuasively communicate Habib university ‘s mission and programs to potential funders.

Program Coordinator – Comparative Liberal Studies

The program coordinator will be responsible for the center’s documentation, maintaining records and coordinating with other departments. The coordinator will also be responsible for arranging and executing events, and maintaining networks and communication. The coordinator is responsible for providing any support required.

The incumbent is primarily responsible for providing support to both male and female hostels. Policy Specialist

The incumbent will be responsible to participate in revitalization of policies and to drive the future organization, review and maintenance of all University policies. The Policy Specialist will work with the Academic and Student Affairs Policy Committee on all matters pertaining to policies that impact Habib University. He/She will benchmark, research, review, and revise existing policies and act as the primary content developer for new policies with the goal to create a robust and informative repository of policies.

Manager, Resource Development

This Manager of Resource Development serves as the chief fundraising strategist for Habib University and is responsible for all aspects of resource development including the development and execution of workplace giving, major gifts, corporate relations, planned giving and raising funds for the University.

Officer, Data Management and Analysis

The incumbent will work with the Office of Academic Performance and be responsible for conducting the data analysis of students’ academic performance by developing analysis protocols, screening, compiling and organizing data, managing databases, analyzing data using advance excel as well as specialized statistical computer programs, and presenting analysis results in numerical, descriptive and graphic formats. Person will also be responsible to generate reports form PeopleSoft software for a variety of purposes.

Sports Coach

The Sports Coach will be required to help people participating in sports to work towards achieving their full potential. He will be responsible to support the students, working with them closely to improve performance. He will also have a role in encouraging under-represented students to participate in sporting activities.

The incumbent will be responsible to ensure physical screening/searching of all females visiting Habib University and providing assistance to Security Officer in routine functions.

Coordinator, Center for Pedagogical Excellence (CPE)

Coordinator, Center for Pedagogical Excellence (CPE) is responsible for assisting in the analyses of academia training needs, developing curriculum and where required delivering courses. The training coordinator shall further assist his/her supervisor in in evaluating the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth. And shall also be responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.

Manager, Campus Community Development

The Manager for Campus Community Development will be responsible for developing a safe and welcoming campus environment for student success based on the Yohsin principles of service, respect, passion, beauty and excellence. The Manager will provide a leadership role in the development and implementation of university-wide policies, procedures, trainings and education related to student conduct. S/he will also be responsible for managing and maintaining student conduct issues.
