Manager, Digital Fundraising

Manager Digital Fundraising will be responsible for the growth of online fundraising and engagement programs by executing effective strategies and techniques primarily through the Habib University donor web app and simultaneously via email, website, and other digital channels to onboard members. Manager Digital Fundraising will support the Resource Development Team in strengthening relationships with its current donor base through meaningful engagements and keeping them connected to the university’s mission via an effective communication strategy.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the efforts to initiate, develop and streamline products (collateral) and strategies.
The successful candidate will be an individual who believes in the mission of Habib University with a proven track record of driving digital sales and understanding of digital fundraising eco system. The incumbent is results and people oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic and superb attention to detail. Strong communication skills with an ability to persuasively convince people towards educational philanthropy.

Coordinator for the Office of Associate Dean for Teaching and Learning

The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Associate Dean, in organizing trainings and workshops through the Centre for Pedagogical Excellence. In addition, the individual will assist the Associate Dean in providing day to day administrative support, drafting communications and documents and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Assistant Manager, Office of Student Finance

The candidate will responsible for timely issuance of students’ fee vouchers and maintaining accurate charging, recording and collection of advance tax against student fees. He will be responsible to keep accurate and updated records of student fee and fund utilization along with a timely collection of student fee receivable and accurate monthly financial reporting to a different section, as well as recording and recovery of other fees in close coordination with the Manager, Office of Student Finance. He will be responsible to maintain accurate record-keeping of scholarship & financial aid awarded to students at the time of admission and changes made during studies. The candidate is must aware of IFRS.

Control Room Officer (CRO) Male

The Control Room Officer (CRO) will be mainly positioned for CCTV, fire alarm control panel (FACP) and Security / Safety monitoring & technical troubleshooting & surveillance equipment installation / wiring work in to shift duties (Morning, Evening & Nights) 08 hours to 12 hours. He will be mainly accountable to look after the activity of the entire campus both internal and external through electronic equipment surveillance and will identify security, safety and suspicious activities observations to (SMSCR) / (AMCR) for further decision and action. Digital Media & Web Officer

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the Habib University website and social media
platforms have engaging and current content. They will primarily focus on creating strategies for web
marketing, email campaigns, FB, LinkedIn and Instagram to promote the Resource Development
function and supporting it through the creation of a variety of products including but not limited to
videos, posts, blogs and webinars.
S/he will also assist/guide the development of content generally as required by other teams in the
Marketing and Communications department.
Digital Media is an essential platform used by the University to project itself and stay in touch with
internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent will need to understand the University’s philosophy
and have the ability to convey it in a meaningful fashion on a variety of different platforms, curating
the messaging as required.

Assistant Director – Institutional Development

The Assistant Director will be responsible for crafting customized and audience focused grants/ fundraising proposals. This role requires the individual to understand the mission, purpose, value of Habib University and have deep knowledge of the institution’s intellectual experience, financial model and the nature of philanthropic giving globally. The individual will work closely with office of resource development and office of marketing and communications to imagine, create and produce a variety of material (written and visual) to inspire donors to make gifts towards Habib University. This includes development writing for areas such as annual giving and endowed gifts, utilizing journalism-like features and storytelling. The individual also helps manage projects from conception to completion by interacting frequently with communications colleagues, internal partners, external constituents, faculty, students, and donors. This position will work closely with the President to effectively translate the vision of the institution into an inspirational fundraising pitch. The position is housed in office of the President.

Coordinator Digital Media & Communications

The coordinator for digital media and communication is responsible for managing, monitoring and updating all website associated work. This includes updating content on assigned Web-pages of HU website and its subsidiary websites (Playground, CSAM, IDRAAC and others) via word-press accounts.
This also includes coordination with website stakeholders to convert user requirements into technical requirements & workflow models. Apart from websites, the person is also responsible for providing support (planning, management and execution) for digital media campaigns and product development. Also responsible for updating assigned digital platforms.

The Assistant Director of Academic Performance is responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives that will encourage student success, especially during students' first two years. The assistant director will coordinate academic advising and lead faculty advisor trainings, assist with the planning and implementation of Orientation programming, support first-year programming in close collaboration with faculty, and coordinate services with the EHSAS Center and other on-campus resources providing advising and other academic assistance to students.

Senior Officer, Student Recruitment and Admissions

Senior Officer, Student Recruitment and Admissions will be responsible for assisting with the overall supervision and efficacy of the department’s various programs and activities. This includes assisting with the planning and implementing strategies for engaging with prospective students, parents, counsellors and principals. This will entail devising a variety of activities, such as representing HU through workshops during school visits, conducting campus tours, organizing recruitment events, participating in education expos, orientation/information sessions and career fairs, to name a few. The incumbent will help in devising school specific recruitment campaigns in order to engage A levels students along with assisting the O levels recruitment as per the student profiles set by the institution. Furthermore, the candidate will plan various strategies to engage students through multiple mediums, which will include but not be limited to email, SMS and postal communication. Alongside, incumbent will assist with the ongoing recruitment and admissions activities as per requirements. S/he will also be tasked with formation and management of student ambassador program where the candidate will not only devise a HU student engagement program but will also train them to assist with varied recruitment and admissions functions.
