Career Curation Program

This CCP module is a required component for Year 1 and Year 2 students, equipping them with essential career navigation skills. Using design thinking principles, students explore their strengths, aspirations, and career paths through interactive sessions and hands-on activities. They develop expertise in personal branding, interview techniques, professional communication, and goal setting, building a strong foundation for long-term success.

The CCP Advance module is tailored for Year 3 and Year 4 students, helping them refine their career paths by building on earlier learning experiences. Students select one of three focused streams: Job Readiness, which sharpens professional skills and prepares them for recruitment processes; Entrepreneurial Bootcamps, which introduce the fundamentals of starting and sustaining a venture; or Graduate School Curation, which supports students in navigating applications, exams, and academic planning. Through targeted workshops, networking opportunities, and practical engagements, CCP Advance equips students with the clarity, skills, and confidence to transition into the next stage of their careers.

The Summer Career Academy is a three-week optional program for rising sophomores eager to accelerate their career journey. Organized by the Office of Career Services (OCS) in collaboration with industry leaders, it engages students through interactive sessions.

The Summer Experiential Learning Project (SELP) is a 6 to 8-week initiative where rising juniors and seniors collaborate with industry partners to tackle real-world challenges. Proposed by industry leaders, these projects involve research, design, problem-solving, and innovation to enhance existing processes, create prototypes, or develop new tools. Students engage in structured mentorship from both the university and industry, gaining hands-on experience and practical insights.
