We have created this helpdesk to address concerns and needs of our current enrolled students. We understand that a fee adjustment may raise concerns, and we are committed to supporting you through this transition. To help ensure continued affordability:

    All current scholarships and financial aid awards will be automatically increased to maintain their level of support.

Yes. Habib University remains firmly committed to access and equity. All current financial aid and scholarship awards will be on a prorated basis to match the fee adjustment.

Q3. Can I apply for additional financial aid due to the fee revision?

Yes, you may apply for additional support. We understand that financial aid applications can be long and challenging. We have created a simple, easy to complete form and can be completed using the link below by July 11, 2025:

Q4. When can I expect to receive a decision on my additional financial aid request?

The committee reviews each application diligently, it is thus requested to ensure all your required documents are submitted timely. Please expect a response by July 25, 2025.

Q5. When will the new fee structure take effect?

The revised fee will apply from the Fall 2025 semester.

Q6. What is the due date for the first fee installment for Fall 2025?

The due date for the first fee installment for Fall 2025 is August 11, 2025.

Q8. Can we expect an increment in the student employment pay scale?

We are still in the process of finalizing the updated pay scale for student employment. However, we want to assure you that there will be an increase and will be announced in due time.
