Program Coordinator, Social Development & Policy
The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective functioning of the Social Development & Policy (SDP) Program.
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of academic and administrative processes, supporting faculty and students, coordinating events and workshops, and maintaining program-related documentation and budgets.

The First Year Experience (FYE) Associate is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the University’s First Year Experience framework. The role supports students’ successful transition into university life by designing and delivering programs that foster academic preparedness, belonging, engagement, and student success throughout the first academic year.
Working closely with the Head of the Office of Academic Performance and key institutional stakeholders, the incumbent will lead the operational execution of all First Year Experience initiatives, including Summer Academy, Zero Week, First Year Fundamentals (FYF), Orientation Leader (OL) Program, onboarding activities, transition programming, and ongoing engagement initiatives for first-year students.
The FYE Associate will serve as the primary coordinator for cross-functional partnerships across Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Admissions, Marketing and Communications, Facilities, Registrar Office, faculty, and student leaders to ensure a seamless and integrated first-year transition experience. The role also includes program assessment, data analysis, reporting, and the implementation of evidence-based practices to continuously improve student outcomes related to retention, progression, and engagement.

The Assistant Director, Institutional Research leads the day-to-day and strategic operations of the OIR. The role is responsible for the ingestion, quality, and integration of institutional data across all contributing departments; overseeing linkages between departmental systems and the central data warehouse; and developing analytics and tracking frameworks that enable evidence-based monitoring of the student experience. The Assistant Director coordinates with academic departments, the Registrar, Student Affairs, IT, and other data-generating units to ensure the integrity, completeness, and accessibility of institutional data.

The Global Campus Initiative Lead will coordinate the programmatic planning for the new campus, working closely with the President, Vice Presidents, and other senior academic and student affairs leadership to translate the University’s strategic priorities into a coherent plan. The role involves convening relevant academic and administrative stakeholders, engaging global partners and external experts whose experience can inform Habib’s planning, and ensuring that the many interrelated questions of academics, student life, governance, and facilities are addressed in a structured and timely manner. The Lead will work with faculty, leadership, and partners to develop plans that reflect Habib University’s priorities, including its commitment to interdisciplinarity, intellectual rigor, and a distinctively South Asian liberal arts and sciences identity.

The role involves interacting with students, preparing and grading course assessments, and coordinating different aspects, e.g. lab and lecture, of assigned courses. The RA is also expected to participate in and contribute to academic research at the department.
