Mr. Justice Agha Faisal

Mr. Justice Agha Faisal was born in Karachi on 8th November 1972. He holds a B.Sc. in Finance from Miami University and an LLB (Hons) from the University of Buckingham. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn and began practicing law in 1998. He was certified to appear before the High Courts in 2000 and the Supreme Court in 2012. Elevated to the bench on 6th February 2018, Justice Faisal has served in various judicial and administrative capacities, including as Company Judge under the Companies Act 2017, Senate Tribunal Sindh (2021), and Judge, Special Appellate Court (Prevention of Smuggling Act 1977).
He has contributed to legal education as a lecturer and board member at several institutions including the University of Karachi, SZAB Law University, and Habib University. He is the inspecting judge for District Naushahro Feroze, where he established a law library in Moro. Justice Faisal also represented the Sindh High Court at the 2021 US-Pakistan consultations on digital economy issues in Washington, DC.
