Control Room Officer (CRO) Male

The Control Room Officer (CRO) will be mainly positioned for CCTV, fire alarm control panel (FACP) and Security / Safety monitoring & technical troubleshooting & surveillance equipment installation / wiring work in to shift duties (Morning, Evening & Night) 08 hours to 12 hours. This is not a fixed duty shift Job and rotation is mandatory. He will be mainly accountable to look after the activity of the entire campus both internal and external through electronic equipment surveillance and will identify security, safety and suspicious activities observations to (SMSCR) for further decision and action. The Candidates shall be flexible to Work long hours / late when required, Punctual and Responsible must have own Transport to reach at Work in minimum time during Emergency Requirement.

The senior officer Student Recruitment and Admissions will assist with the ongoing engagement with prospective students, parents, school principals, counselors and other stakeholders. The incumbent will assist in all stages of the admissions process—from initial inquiry to final enrollment—ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for applicants.

Manager, National Board Recruitment and Admissions

Manager, National Board Admissions will be responsible for the planning and execution of the overall supervision and efficacy of various recruitment and admissions activities. This includes responsibility of the planning and implementing of strategies for engaging with local examination board students, parents, subject teachers, counsellors and principals. Additionally, this will entail planning and executing a variety of activities, such as representing HU through workshops during admissions season, conducting campus tours, organizing yield events, executing National Board admissions process, orientation/information sessions and summer engagements, including other relevant activities. Furthermore, the candidate will plan various strategies to engage students through multiple mediums, which will include but not be limited to email, SMS and postal communication. Assistant/Deputy Manager, Research Grants Administration

This is a key position in the Office of Research that involves exploring, inviting, managing, and processing all research activities at Habib University. Assistant/Deputy Manager, Office of Research be the principal liaison for HU community with internal and external stakeholders for successful realization of Habib University’s faculty research projects. The role includes identifying external grant opportunities relevant to the institution and its faculty, administration of both internal and external grants, and requires knowledge/experience of engaging with external funding agencies and ensuring all guidelines are followed for the utilization of grants whether it is pertaining to financial expenditure and reporting, procurement and human resources.

Deputy Manager, Academic Governance

The Deputy Manager of Academic Governance supports the Associate Dean of UGEA by managing key functions within academic planning and governance. This position is responsible for coordinating academic governance bodies, such as the Board of Faculty (BOF), Academic Council, and the Habib Liberal Core (HLC) Program Board of Studies, overseeing academic dossier reviews, managing the course approval cycle, and developing the academic planning calendar. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with academic programs and administrative offices are essential for success in this role.
