Manager, Registrar Office
The incumbent’s primary duties include working closely with Assistant Registrar and overseeing key academic and administrative processes including course projections, course scheduling, enrollment management, attendance audits, degree audits and academic records maintenance. This role collaborates with faculty, students, program directors and other university offices to ensure the smooth operation of academic systems and compliance with accreditation standards. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the Manager will oversee with routine daily tasks and serve as a key resource, communication and referral point for all inquiries related to the duties and responsibilities related to academic systems. View MoreAssistant Manager, Teaching & Learning
The Office of Teaching and Learning is in search of an Assistant Manager for managing & improving Habib’s teaching and learning spaces including managing the operations of Horizon studios (see note below). The incumbent will support the Habib University community in using the teaching & learning spaces effectively and support the operational, analytical, and programmatic tasks of the Office of Teaching and Learning and its Center for Pedagogical Excellence. The resource will play an instrumental role to enhance the student and faculty experience in Habib’s teaching spaces.
The Centre for Pedagogical Excellence, a central part of the Office of Teaching and Learning, at Habib University provides a critical space for reflection on pedagogical practices in Higher Education. The centre facilitates the exploration, transformation, and creation of pedagogical practices that stem from Habib’s focus on student centered design. CPE provides support, resources, training and opportunities for professional development to promote teaching excellence and student success.

A Career Development Advisor, reporting to the Head of Career Services will engage with the undergraduate students to help them explore relevant career information and guide them in making realistic and thoughtful choices about their future which may include acquiring a relevant employment or getting admission into a grad school or initiating their own enterprise. This position supports DSSE staff with the maintenance and upkeep of DSSE Projects Lab and facilitates capstone projects. The role requires flexible work hours to ensure timely delivery of capstone projects. Responsibilities include collaboration with capstone students, program capstone committees, and other HU departments (e.g., Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT). Participation in academic lab offerings may also be required, limited to no more than one lab per semester.
