Swimming is not only a recreational activity but a great way to keep fit and stay healthy.

It is a great workout because one needs to move the whole body against the resistance of the water. It builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness and helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.

HU has a state-of-the-art all weather swimming pool with 25-meter length and 4ft to 6ft depth.

Male and female students use the facility as per their scheduled days and timings.

  • Monday, Wednesday and Fridays – Female Members
  • Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday – Male Members
Become a Member of HU Swimming Facility

All students can apply to become members of the HU Swimming pool. You just need to fill in the form.

Develop Individual Swimming Plans

Students can use swimming pool to keep themselves fit. They may get guidance from life guards/coach available to enhance their swimming skills. They can learn different swimming stokes, breathing techniques and learn how to float.

Special Fitness Programs

HU swimming pool offers special training programs for new swimmers to learn basic skills to initiate their swimming journey.
