Description
TurboDiff is a custom 2D differentiable Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulator designed to optimize wind turbine airfoils. Built with JAX, the platform replaces traditional trial-and-error solvers with a rapid, gradient-based pipeline that parameterizes airfoil shapes from DAT to CST formats. This fully differentiable architecture allows for highly efficient simulation and optimization of aerodynamic designs, significantly accelerating the engineering process and improving the overall efficiency of wind energy systems.
