Description
Virtual Eye is an AI-based accessibility application designed to assist visually impaired individuals in navigating everyday environments. The system uses computer vision and deep learning to detect objects, clothing items, currency notes, and familiar faces in real time through a mobile camera. By analyzing visual data, the application provides information about the user’s surroundings, helping them identify important objects and people. The project focuses on developing a reliable and efficient vision system that can operate in real-world conditions. Virtual Eye demonstrates how artificial intelligence and computer vision can be used to build assistive technologies that improve independence and accessibility for visually impaired users.
