My Final Year Project (FYP), "Rahguzar," is an industry project developed in collaboration with Salesflo to automate optimized journey planning, aiming to reduce costs, travel time, and carbon footprint for sales and distribution teams. The project integrates optimization algorithms, Google Maps API, and a scalable architecture to enable real-time route visualization. By leveraging advanced route optimization techniques, Rahguzar enhances efficiency in travel and logistics. I also designed performance dashboards to track key metrics and led pilot testing, which demonstrated significant reductions in travel time and operational costs, while also boosting sales efficiency. This project offers a practical, industry-focused solution that improves sustainability and cost-effectiveness in business mobility operations.
