The recent participation of our esteemed alumni from the Class of 2023 at the 5th International Conference on Robotics and Automation in Industry (ICRAI) 2023, held at the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar, marked a significant chapter in their academic journey. It was an excellent opportunity for them to be part of a prestigious event and share their knowledge with like-minded individuals.
During the conference, Muhammad Aqib Khan, Sadaf Sheikh, and Muhammad Hasan Tariq, had the opportunity to present their research paper, "McKibben Pneumatic Artificial Muscle Robot Actuators - A Review," under the guidance of their supervisor, Dr. Tariq Kamal. This presentation not only showcased their research but also provided a forum to exchange insights and perspectives with experts in the field.
The conference was a perfect platform to showcase their research and learn from experts in the field. They also got the chance to meet one of the pioneers of the extensive research work being done in Pakistan in the field of Robotics. It also allowed them to interact with multiple National Centre of Robotics & Automation (NCRA) Labl representatives throughout the country, who are doing exceptional work in the field of Robotics. They also got the opportunity to observe their research works physically, ranging from Collaborative Robotics with UAVs and UGVs to the Automation of Agriculture, Power, and Water sectors.
