Project Title

Feature Analysis & Forecasting Price Movement of Bitcoin

Description

We plan to forecast the price movement of the Bitcoin through machine learning models based on the historical data; the OHLCV table, technical indicators and sentiment analysis of public on social media regarding Bitcoin. The emergence of social media such as Twitter, Reddit and Facebook also make the latest news and social media posts about financial markets widely accessible. Investors have therefore been utilizing such a variety of digital resources to make trading decisions and hence the motivation behind the sentiment analysis module of our project.
