Description

NeuroHire is an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to automate early-stage candidate screening for high-volume hiring. The system integrates CV parsing and bilingual video interview analysis in Urdu and English to evaluate candidates efficiently. Using natural language processing and automated scoring, the platform ranks applicants based on predefined job criteria and generates structured evaluations. A key focus of the project is supporting the Pakistani hiring market, especially for low-skill or entry-level roles, by allowing candidates to respond in Urdu, a feature rarely supported by existing recruitment platforms. NeuroHire is particularly aimed at organizations that process large numbers of applicants, enabling faster and more objective shortlisting through intelligent automation.
