Project Title
NeuroHire: AI-Driven Recruitment Booth for Automated Candidate Screening
Description
NeuroHire is an AI-powered recruitment booth designed to automate the preliminary screening stage in high-volume hiring. The system allows candidates to upload their CVs and record structured video responses to interview questions. CVs are processed using document parsing and language models to match candidate profiles with recruiter-defined job descriptions. Candidate responses are transcribed using multilingual speech recognition and analyzed using natural language processing and behavioral cues extracted through computer vision techniques. The system evaluates communication ability, confidence, and role relevance to generate an automated screening score. NeuroHire aims to make large-scale recruitment faster, more consistent, and less biased while helping organizations efficiently shortlist suitable candidates.
