Description

AIcruit is an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to automate and improve the hiring process through the efficient and unbiased use of artificial intelligence. The system analyzes candidate resumes against job descriptions to identify relevant skills, experience, and role alignment, and then scores and ranks applicants accordingly. Shortlisted candidates are further evaluated through an AI-driven interview agent that conducts preliminary interviews and generates structured insights for recruiters. The aim of the project is to reduce manual screening time, improve candidate evaluation consistency, and support more data-driven hiring decisions. By integrating resume screening, candidate scoring, and automated interviews into a single workflow, AIcruit helps organizations streamline recruitment, minimize human bias, and enable recruiters to focus on higher-value decision-making.
