Description

A smart clinical history-taking app designed for senior medical students to transform traditional patient interviews into a faster, smarter, and more accurate diagnostic process. The app guides students through structured history-taking to ensure that no important questions are missed while suggesting follow-up questions based on patient symptoms. It automatically generates History of Presenting Complaint (HOPC), highlights the chief complaint, and suggests differential diagnoses to support clinical reasoning. An integrated AI voice feature allows patients to speak to the app, which transcribes and analyzes responses in real time. The system also identifies unanswered questions, flags missing information, and helps students conduct thorough patient histories.
