Description
For my final-year project, my team and I are developing HireHub, an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to help organizations identify the right candidates efficiently. Built using Next.js and MongoDB, the platform integrates resume parsing, job matching, LLM-assisted explanations, and skill enhancement recommendations, leveraging a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline for precise and context-aware responses. HireHub streamlines the hiring process by reducing manual screening efforts and providing data-driven, intelligent hiring decisions. The system ensures accurate candidate-job alignment while offering insights into skill gaps and personalized recommendations. Its modular architecture allows customization across industries, making it a scalable, fair, and efficient solution for modern recruitment.
