Inter-Know is a voice-assisted chatbot designed to help senior citizens navigate digital platforms with greater ease and independence. Aimed at bridging the digital divide, the chatbot offers action-based assistance for everyday tasks such as downloading apps, making video calls, and setting reminders. With hands-free interaction supported in both Urdu and English, it empowers elderly users to operate smartphones more confidently. User feedback revealed that the chatbot was intuitive and user-friendly, significantly boosting seniors' confidence in using technology and reducing their reliance on others. Ultimately, Inter-Know enhances accessibility and promotes digital inclusion for non-tech-savvy individuals.
