Project Title
Bolo - An interactive Sign Language Teaching Application
Description
We have set out to build an interactive mobile application to teach Pakistani sign language by using video lessons and providing real time feedback. We make use of computer vision and deep learning frameworks to recognize the signs being made by the users. Once published by our industry partner, ConnectHear, it will allow anyone with a smartphone to learn basic sign language very easily taking the burden of assimilation away from the already marginalized.
