Project Title
Load Analysis and Management System
Description
The project is a real-time meter system that can analyze the power being supplied to a house or other loads and help users manage and look at the data of the power being supplied and consumed. Features will include the quality of power, fault analysis and backup power supply for the meter. Producing such smart meters would have a significant effect on society. Since these meters would increase the ease of access to the usage of units and other power-based information, it would help improve people’s understanding of how to efficiently utilize their units. In the long term, it would potentially make people change their energy consumption habits. If the meters started to be utilized at a large scale, then it would be possible to get a greater insight on energy trends.
