Prediction of Call Arrival Times & Dates-In Collaboration with Afiniti

Description

Call centres have various types of customers calling in. Given some data, we want to be able to predict: 1. When can we expect the next call to come in? 2. Amongst, well-defined possible categories, which type of call will it be? 3. Within a defined interval, how many calls can we expect from a particular category of callers? (Group Project)
