Assistant Manager, University Advancement
The Assistant Manager, University Advancement, is responsible for managing donor relations and supporting the institution’s fundraising operations. This includes maintaining accurate donor records in the CRM, tracking contributions, generating reports and supporting donor stewardship and engagement activities.
In addition, the role oversees the administration of donor-funded scholarship programs, ensuring effective management of scholarship operations, financial tracking and reporting, while maintaining accurate program data. The position requires strong coordination, project and financial management skills, attention to detail and a commitment to operational accountability to ensure a seamless experience for donors and program beneficiaries.

The IT help desk at library is the central point of contact for students and other users for any technical queries and issues pertaining to infrastructure and services provided by IT. The incumbent is responsible for providing first-line technical support for hardware, network, operating systems, Microsoft Office, general-purpose software and enterprise applications deployed at the help desk. The person also ensures that IT equipment in the library remains functional, updated and secure, all specialized events related IT support are handled effectively to maintain high levels of user satisfaction.

The Senior Manager, Office of Research, plays a central role in advancing the University’s research mission by providing operational leadership and administrative support for research initiatives. Reporting directly to the Faculty Director of Research, the position oversees day-to-day operations of the Office of Research and ensures effective implementation of research processes, policies, and programs across the university. The role includes identifying external grant opportunities relevant to the institution and its faculty, administration of both internal and external grants, and requires knowledge/experience of engaging with external funding agencies and ensuring all guidelines are followed for the utilization of grants whether it is pertaining to financial expenditure and reporting, procurement and human resources. This position works closely with faculty, students, and departments to ensure effective management and visibility of research initiatives.

Manager, National Board Admissions will be responsible for the planning and execution of the overall supervision and efficacy of various recruitment and admissions activities. This includes responsibility of the planning and implementing of strategies for engaging with local examination board students, parents, subject teachers, counsellors and principals. Additionally, this will entail planning and executing a variety of activities, such as representing HU through workshops during admissions season, conducting campus tours, organizing yield events, executing National Board admissions process, orientation/information sessions and summer engagements, including other relevant activities. Furthermore, the candidate will plan various strategies to engage students through multiple mediums, which will include but not be limited to email, SMS and postal communication. The incumbent will also assist the admissions head with the ongoing student recruitment and admissions activities.

The role also includes strengthening academic quality through reviews and assessments, supporting curriculum enhancement, and co-leading strategic initiatives. Additionally, the Asst. Director cultivates global academic partnerships, promotes knowledge exchange, and positions the University as a thought leader in liberal arts and sciences globally and specially within the Global South.
