Description

BookForMe is an AI-powered sports venue booking platform that connects customers and vendors through a React Native app (with in-app vendor management) and a WhatsApp AI receptionist, all backed by a single Firestore database with zero double bookings. The main contribution is an agentic AI booking assistant built with LangGraph, which runs multi-turn conversations as a stateful graph with nodes for intent classification, entity extraction, availability checks, and booking execution. The agent supports bilingual input (English and Roman Urdu). A second AI component performs payment OCR using a vision model to extract and validate amounts from payment screenshots. The platform cuts manual coordination for vendors and shows how LangGraph-based agentic AI can address real-world service marketplace flows.
