Rather than being confined to instructing predetermined courses within a particular department, Global Fellows are motivated to create courses aligned with their research interests or explore related fields by choosing to teach courses across our fundamental curriculum.

Unlike a conventional postdoctoral position, the Global Fellows Program offers a well-defined pathway for applying to a permanent position at Habib University, with the two-year program duration contributing toward our five-year promotion timeline for full-time faculty members.

Global Fellows receive significant compensation in Karachi's cost-effective environment. You will be protected from the uncertainty of global foreign exchange movements in the US dollar against other currencies via quarterly compensation adjustments to account for any devaluations.

As a Global Fellow, you can opt for private University-operated transportation to and from the campus at a subsidized rate.
