A total of 127 students were awarded degrees at the second convocation ceremony of Habib University, held at the university’s grounds on Sunday. Habib University Chancellor Rafiq M Habib inaugurated the ceremony.
Out of the total graduates, 54 were from the Dhanani School of Science and Engineering and 73 were from the School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. As many as 30 students of electrical engineering and another 24 students of computer science, from the Dhanani School of Science and Engineering, were awarded bachelors degrees. Similarly, 53 students of social development and policy and 20 students of communication studies and design, from the School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, were awarded bachelors degrees.
