Discussion on Leadership for an Inclusive World


To highlight the importance of leadership, a talk was given by Sadaffe Abid, co-founder CIRCLE Pakistan, on 1st March 2017 at Habib University in Karachi. She shared key lessons from her extensive experience of leading social change and incorporating Harvard’s Adaptive Leadership framework.

About the Speaker:
Sadaffe Abid is co-founder and CEO at CIRCLE. Prior to this, she managed Kashf Foundation as CEO and COO, one of Forbes Top 50 microfinance institutions which she helped grow from a pilot in two rooms to serve 300,000 women clients in Pakistan. Sadaffe completed her Masters at the Harvard Kennedy School, Advanced Management Program at INSEAD and her B.A. at Mount Holyoke College. She is a recipient of the Mount Holyoke Alumni Achievement Award.
