Submission Process

This symposium follows a two-phase review process:

Phase 1 – Abstract Submission (Completed)

  • Clearly state the research problem or question, approach/methodology, and key results or expected contributions
  • Do not include references
  • Select the appropriate track and subject area carefully
  • At least one author must register if the paper is accepted
  • Only one abstract per submission

Phase 2 – Full Paper Submission

Authors of accepted abstracts who wish to be considered for oral presentation are invited to submit a full paper for a second round of review. Poster presenters are required to submit a poster.
