Final Year Project

Project Title

Repair Vehicle Management System with Indus Motor Company

Description

This project is a vision-based vehicle detection and tracking system developed for Indus Motor Company, aimed at transforming manual logistics into a scalable SaaS solution. Leveraging YOLO for real-time detection and EasyOCR for automated license plate recognition, the system accurately monitors vehicle movement throughout the repair lifecycle. A key innovation is the integration of an LLM-driven API, allowing staff to interact with complex vehicle data using natural language queries. The system enhances operational efficiency, minimizes human error in inventory management, and provides actionable insights. Ultimately, it streamlines industrial workflows by providing a robust, automated framework for vehicle tracking and data management in large-scale automotive facilities.
