Description

AICruit is an intelligent recruitment management system designed to automate and optimize candidate screening and interviewing. The platform can parse and analyze hundreds of resumes within minutes, automatically shortlisting candidates based on predefined criteria. It then conducts AI-powered interviews with selected applicants and integrates real-time proctoring to ensure fairness and authenticity during evaluations. During development, our team conducted benchmarking across multiple large language models to evaluate their performance in resume analysis and interview question generation. We constructed an evaluation dataset using assessments from the HR department at Folio3 as the ground truth. Based on these results, we selected the most effective models and applied prompt engineering techniques to build an efficient system that delivers strong performance while minimizing operational costs.
