TeachWise: An Intelligent CMS

Description

TeachWise is a system designed to address the manual and disconnected processes in small-scale teaching institutions that lead to inefficiencies, scheduling conflicts, and inconsistencies in instructor-student matching. To improve teaching quality assessment, we propose a hybrid automated approach that combines prosodic analysis with curriculum fidelity evaluation, offering a more objective and scalable alternative to manual observations. To address scheduling challenges, we have developed an intelligent algorithm based on a genetic algorithm that considers multiple factors to generate optimal class assignments, minimizing conflicts and maximizing resource utilization. By integrating these two components, TeachWise provides a unified solution that streamlines operations, enhances instructor evaluation, and supports the efficient management of classes in small-scale educational institutions.
