My final year project focuses on developing an AI-powered Trade Directory Platform to address the lack of a centralized and efficient trade information system in Pakistan. The platform enables users to discover suppliers and buyers through natural language queries, using NLP, semantic search, and machine learning techniques. It integrates structured trade data with advanced retrieval methods such as BM25 and vector embeddings to deliver accurate and relevant results. The system is built as a scalable full-stack application, supporting real-time search and analytics. The key aim is to improve market transparency, reduce information gaps, and facilitate smarter business decisions. This platform has the potential to significantly enhance trade connectivity and efficiency within Pakistan’s commercial ecosystem.
