Having served as the English Prose Editor for the Arzu Anthology and currently a Feminist Research & Documentation Fellow at WOW Pakistan, Almira brings a wealth of editorial and field-research experience to the journal. As Editor-in-Chief, she oversees the peer-review process and editorial policy, aiming to transform Tezhib into a nationwide platform that connects undergraduate researchers across Pakistan and provides a dedicated space to showcase their intellectual contribution
Mehlab Kashani is a Social Development and Policy Senior specializing in environmental governance, urban development, and climate finance. A former Principal Investigator for the STRP program, she has led critical research on the Malir Expressway and contributed to DAR Lab’s Koh-e-Atlas through spatial mapping and urban dataset development. Her current capstone utilizes stakeholder network analysis to evaluate carbon credits in Pakistan. As Managerial Editor, Mehlab applies her extensive background in GIS-based mapping and climate advocacy to oversee the journal’s editorial and structural standards
