Project Title
The Good Capital
Description
This essay explores the uses of social capital as a solution to the critique of mainstream development. It suggests that if social capital, is incorporated into the development model, a more holistic development version can be established. I question through this essay the need for a modified version of development and assess what are the impacts of the existing development model on the social capital. Social capital is the main focus of analysis, which employs the criticisms of post-developmentalists in its analysis and aims to find a common ground between the two.
