Description

We are developing an external AI-powered chatbot for Alkhidmat Organization designed to handle user queries while reducing the manual workload on NGO staff. The system covers three core service domains: Healthcare, Donations, and General Inquiries. The chatbot incorporates a human-in-the-loop mechanism, where queries that fall below a defined AI confidence threshold are automatically escalated and routed to live human staff for handling. An admin dashboard is included to provide organizational oversight, displaying key metrics such as the volume of AI-resolved queries versus human-handled ones. The solution is multimodal (supporting both text and image inputs) and multilingual, with support for English, Urdu, and Roman Urdu to ensure accessibility across diverse user demographics.
