Project Title
Optimization of Three Level Inverters for Electric Vehicles
Description
My capstone project is aimed at improving the efficiency of a multi-level inverter topology (Three Level Neutral Point Clamped Inverter) to enhance the performance of the induction motor connected to it for the electric vehicle powertrain. The project is based entirely on simulations in PLECS, which is software designed specifically for power electronic circuits. Another aim of our capstone is to hopefully get a paper published with our findings from this project.
