This research specifically addresses the issue of domestic violence and how its definition involves various categories, for instance, physical, emotional, sexual, and economic abuse, what are the implementation gaps in the law, how there has been an increase in domestic violence during the pandemic, and how women require support systems to file and pursue domestic violence cases.
