Waqt-e-Judai
Description
My Final Year Project is a short film exploring community and the bonds that we build among those we grow up with. "When a perfectly planned party starts to fall apart, a group of friends come together to give their best friend a proper farewell." With the current political climate, people who can afford to move abroad are taking steps to make it happen. This lingering panic to leave results in abandonment; whether it happens to you or if you are doing it to others, it affects the friendships you have built across many years. My film focuses on the toll it takes on a small friend group being broken apart.
