Final Year Project

Project Title

Generating Affordable Electricity Through Agricultural By-products

Description

The goal of this paper is to determine if it is possible to generate affordable electricity in Pakistan, given the challenge of making it accessible to the common man. Although the country produces a surplus of electricity, the main issue is making it affordable. To address this, the paper proposes the use of agricultural by-products, such as crop residue and livestock manure, which can be converted into biogas for producing clean energy at a lower cost than importing non-renewable sources that have a negative impact on the national exchequer.
