Project Title

Rahguzar: AI-Driven Route Optimization for FMCG

Description

Sales Rahguzar is a web-based route optimization system designed to enhance efficiency in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry by automating sales representatives' Permanent Journey Plans (PJPs). The project aims to minimize travel time, operational costs, and carbon footprint while maximizing productivity. Rahguzar leverages AI algorithms and historical data to generate optimized routes tailored to business needs. The system allows managers to visualize, adjust, and schedule routes using an interactive map interface. The AI-driven approach significantly reduces travel distance and time, leading to higher sales efficiency and cost savings. Rahguzar also provides a performance dashboard, offering insights into sales uplift, time savings, and operational improvements. By automating route planning, the system enhances decision-making, sustainability, and overall business performance.
