Description
BookForMe is an agentic AI-powered centralized booking platform designed to streamline reservations for informal service providers such as sports courts, salons, and gaming zones. The system addresses the fragmented WhatsApp-based booking workflow common in Pakistan by automating availability queries, slot reservations, and payment verification. It includes a React Native mobile application for users and an AI Receptionist operating on vendors’ WhatsApp Business accounts. The platform employs a bilingual Natural Language Understanding pipeline (English and Roman Urdu), a LangGraph-based conversational agent, and Optimistic Concurrency Control to prevent double bookings. Experimental evaluation of transformer models identified DistilBERT as the optimal intent classifier, achieving 90.5% accuracy. The system improves booking efficiency, reduces vendor workload, and enhances user experience.
