A Monitoring and Warning System for Hazards in Coal Mines
Description
The objective is to develop a novel sensing and computing platform by fusing different sensors and video captures. This platform aims to provide safe working conditions for miners in a coal mine by identifying areas that are more prone to structural hazards and the accumulation of toxic gases/smoke.
